An Individual Format

I don't offer off-the-shelf workshops. In a preliminary conversation, I clarify participants' existing knowledge and approximate expectations. Based on this information, I design the format.

“A truly successful mix of absorbing knowledge, reflection, application and exchange.” Feedback from a participant

In terms of format and method, this is reflected in well-dosed plenary sessions, work in pairs or small groups, and, where it fits, creative elements. Thanks to my experience, ongoing professional development, and psychological know-how, I make sure the mix stays lively and sustainable. I'm happy to send you further information on any of these topics.

Timing & Structure

Well-dosed units are the backbone of a successful workshop. I work with clear time windows – from compact 5-minute impulses to 30-minute deep-dive blocks – so that energy stays high and the transfer into everyday life succeeds. Short physical exercises in between clear the head.

Every format is individually designed: whether half-day, full-day, or as a multi-part series.

The Power of the Group

At the end of each workshop, I ask participants for feedback – here are the most common responses:

“A huge compliment to the group…” “Appreciative atmosphere…” “Productive openness…” “Great teamwork…” “We grew together quickly…” “The exercises were great because everyone joined in…”

I deliberately invest in a productive group dynamic in order to make full use of the group's collective intelligence. This investment costs a little time at first, but pays off quickly and leads to a lasting, positive experience for everyone involved.

A caravan makes a fitting metaphor: the group travels together to explore a new topic – everyone is brought along, and everyone contributes.
