As an executive, expert or product owner, it pays to keep your head clear for content on important topics. You hand over the facilitation process to responsible, neutral hands – including helpful visualisation of results.
Whether in person using a flipchart and pinboard, or virtually via whiteboard tools: complex topics or difficult issues become easier to handle. New topics and creative processes take shape – whether as a one-off, for instance during an off-site meeting, or on a regular basis.
How It Works
In a short preliminary conversation, you brief me on the necessary facts. The session can take place at your premises, at mine, or at another central or quiet location. If needed, I bring facilitation materials with me.
I facilitate your meeting – professionally, with focus, and a touch of humour – and deliver a photo log of the results afterwards.
