Teambuilding, Team Development & Supervision
Whenever possible, I prefer to work with teams of fewer than ten people.
Teambuilding
Your team has been completely reshuffled, there's been significant personnel change, or you simply want to do something good for yourself and your team: a teambuilding workshop could be the right fit. In a preliminary conversation, we clarify together what kind of focus makes sense – more content-driven, or more event- and experience-oriented.
The team meets outside its everyday working environment and works together on something “out of the box.” Achieving a shared goal with ease and fun boosts team spirit and motivation.
A transition workshop makes sense when a new manager and the team want to explore their future collaboration. Two key questions: What expectations exist – in both directions? What does good collaboration mean to you?
Team Development
A team – unlike a group – pursues a shared goal, ideally without friction. Sometimes, however, processes or discord creep into the collaboration that can significantly disrupt job satisfaction and productivity.
Developing teams is a medium- to long-term, worthwhile process. Every team is different, so the process is individually tailored to your team – based on its history, its current climate, and the challenges ahead.
Supervision
You work with your team in a demanding, social setting and would like collegial exchange on professional topics, or want to reflect on your collaboration? My goal as a supervisor: to provide a framework that makes your demanding work easier.
In my supervision work, I often use the “reflecting team” method: one person presents a difficult work situation, and colleagues reflect on the case and offer suggestions for solutions. With a focus on resources and solutions, I create an open, appreciative and productive framework.
Learning from one another and growing together – I'm happy to tell you about the teams I've supported since 2007.
